1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a report from citable.dev (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Citable.dev provides one-time AI Citability Reports that analyze a website’s visibility across AI search platforms. Each report includes a Citable Score™, category breakdowns, platform readiness scores, per-page analysis, and a prioritized action plan delivered as a PDF.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • The current price for a single AI Citability Report is $149 USD.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
  • This is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Delivery

Reports are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Most reports are delivered within 24 hours. Complex websites with 50+ pages may require up to 48 hours.

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refund if the report is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase.
  • No refunds after the report has been delivered, as it contains proprietary analysis.
  • If the report contains a material error (e.g., wrong website analyzed), we will re-run the audit at no charge.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Each purchase covers one website URL.
  • The URL must be a publicly accessible website.
  • You must have authorization to audit the submitted website.
  • The Service may not be used for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the report generated for your website. You may share, distribute, or present it as you see fit. Citable.dev retains ownership of its scoring methodology, software, and analytical processes.

8. Disclaimer

GEO scores and recommendations are informational assessments based on publicly available signals at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee any specific SEO ranking, AI citation, or business outcome. AI platform algorithms change frequently; scores reflect a point-in-time analysis. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report ($149). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
